Great location, a short walk to Fabrica. Simple check-in, good-sized and contemporary rooms with a comfy bed as well as thin windows. Extremely helpful and very amiable employees with nice manners.

Had a very comfortable stay during our visit. The bed was very comfy and it was great having an electric kettle, a microwave and an iron. Amazing and incredible location not far from the centre, bars and cafes and restaurants, we felt safe. Spent a nice evening at Donatello, located metres from the venue.

The location was stunning and incredible, 15 min walk from bus station. Moreover, Twins was 10 minutes' walk away. There was a busy bar on site, loved this place.

Clean room, quirky decor, with a tv and electric kettle. The location is great for exploring the city and it's only 38 km from the nearest airport.

Great location but some quirks
We had a nice weekend here, super close to the beach and tons of bars! The room was cozy and had plenty of natural light, lovely. But it was pretty small for the price we paid, and the mattress topper had stains, which wasn't great. Still, the hairdryer and coffee machine were a nice touch.

Cleanliness could definitely use improvements!!! Dust on surfaces and unclean dishes were disappointing. Better soundproofing would enhance the comfort, especially with noise from surrounding areas and lack of internal door locks!!!

Stayed for 3 nights at blok-74, and I loved how close it was to the beach and the lanes. The suite was stylish and had cool furnishings. Two showers were perfect for our family after beach visits.

Great spot for a quick getaway!
The location was super convenient, and the room was just right. The only thing that bugged me was some noise from outside, since our window was right at eye-level. It did the job! Oh, and the breakfast was actually pretty good, too.
